Boccicini ciancghale was too salty. Otherwise all meals were tasty.

The food was decent but not as good as what we had experienced in other restaurants around Siena and Tuscany overall. The big letdown was the service, they were not attentive and extremely slow. We had to stand next to the cashier for over 10 min for the waitress to notice that we wanted to pay, she was just cleaning other tables and disregarding our presence. Would not come back

Absolument délicieux. Un vrai régal: nous avons mangé les pâtes fraîches faites maison avec une sauce de pecorino et truffe et l’autre avec des calamars. Les pâtes et les sauces étaient parfaites: un de nos meilleurs repas en Italie le vine blanc en demi bouteille était le parfait accompagnement. En payant la note, nous avons reçu un verre de limoncello merveilleux. Nous aimerions pouvoir revenir. Merci De Sydney

Cibo molto buono, e buon ambience. Prezzi ragionevoli. Servizio- una cameriera (capelli scuri) molto gentile e attiva, l’altra... lasciamo perdere!!!

Locale caratteristico, personale gentilissimo, ottima cucina, prezzo giusto. Da provare sicuramente.

Een restaurant met simpele inrichting op loopafstand van de Duomo. Zeer vriendelijke en snelle bediening. Het eten is zoals goed Italiaans eten: pasta al dente, zeer goed vlees en een ruime keuze. Een aanrader voor zowel lunch als diner. Wij aten er vlak na de Palio en het maakte onze dag compleet ! De wijnkaart biedt ook voor de kenners voldoende keuze.

L'Osteria di Castelvecchio came highly rated by one of our Sienese friends, and we were not disappointed. The food and the service were great - and there was a really nice ambiance.

Qualità cibo ordinaria. Servizio lento e poco attento agli ospiti non locali. Il cameriere era più attento a fare conversazione con conoscenti che non a servire e accertarsi dei bisogni della clientela. Sia qs estera che non locale.
