Trappola per turisti, lo sconsiglio vivamente. Cibo mediocre e conto salatissimo

We wanted a main course and dessert each. So I ordered the sea bream and my partner ordered the duck. Mine was very good. But my partner got a bowl of spaghetti which was not what he wanted. When he queried this with the waiter, he was told there was duck in it underneath. Having asked the waiter about this several times, he then ate it. At the end we decided to ask to look at the menu. It turns out there was a Primi with spaghetti & duck and a Secondi with duck and aparagus au gratin. The waiter never once acknowledged there were two duck choices on the menu and was quite rude to us. Why would he assume my partner wanted the Primi when I had ordered the Secondi. The experience ruined my birthday dinner.

Food okay. Waiter kept pushing us to order within 5 minutes after we were seated. We were seated at a small table which was 2feet from the table next to us. There was a dog seated at a chair one table down from us???? Nothing relaxing about the place.

Le menu n'était pas le même qu'affiché sur le site internet et les prix avaient été gonflés ce soir, sans que ça ne soit annoncé. 80e pour deux assiettes de pâtes et deux bouteilles d'eau... Plus jamais.

Ci sono ritornata , ma dopo aver chiesto un tavolo ai piani superiori mi è stato detto di no inoltre ci hanno affiancato altri clienti cosa poco gradevole per una serata a cena servirebbe un po’ più di attenzione al cliente

Abbiamo ordinato la specialità della casa e siamo rimasti soddisfatti, servizio un po lento ma essendoci molta gente bisogna essere pazienti. Nel complesso personale cordiale e cibo di buona qualità il tutto accompagnato da una grande varietà di vini per tutti i gusti. Lo consiglio.

Friendly service. Food was decent. Nice atmosphere and ambiance. Lots of seafood and a few steak options.

The truffled tuna tatare was great, as was the pasta with anchovies. We had reservations and didn't need to wait for a table. The service was a bit brusque, but it was fine -- I'm not expecting my waiter to be my friend, after all. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

(Japanese below) So frustrated with the service from young Asian guy. My order was missing due to kind of misunderstanding but the guy put the blame straightly on me that I didn’t order it. (I and my wife are for sure we order it.) The food and drinks were okay but not comfortable with their service. とても残念な体験でした。オーダーの一つが通ってなかったのですが、若いアジア人のテーブルスタッフに言うと「あなたが注文しなかったからだ」と私のせいだと言われました。妻も私も確実に注文したことを覚えており単なる双方の誤解のはずです。こちらのせいにされたのは納得できず残念な体験でした。フードとドリンクは好みもありますがそれなりに美味しいと思います。

This place came with recommandations from my hotel, but it did not live up to any expectations that might have built up in my mind. I was near the door but there was a constant coming and going and people waiting looking straight at me. As a solo traveller that is not a comfortable feeling. I also felt I took up space that could have been use for someone else. Which is true but then don’t accept reservations.. The food.tasted ok but the fish felt like something that had been siting on the hot plate. The service was rushed and a waiter interrupted me before I was finished to remove my plate and he shouted at his colleague. There was also a misunderstanding between me and a waiter, when I asked about wine, all due him being too busy to understand what I was trying to say, albeit in a stuttering fashion. I left a soon as I could. It might be a fine place, but choose a different night than Saturday and do not be alone.
