Locale con atmosfera molto accogliente, personale educato e sorridente. Peccato che, dopo averci fatto spostare di tavolo durante la cena (spostamento che abbiamo accettato di buon grado senza alcuna polemica, ma con il sorriso) per facilitare il collocamento di una tavolata più grande e aver "perso" il vino che era versato in quattro calici, perché ce ne sono stati dati 4 puliti, non ci sia stato neanche un piccolo sconto per l'inconveniente. Piccola caduta di stile, peccato.

It was recommended to go for dinner that we would “eat well and be treated well.”I We were sat at the back of the restaurant right beside the bathroom. Out of sight and out of the way? We had three children. Ages 13,11 and 8. And three adults. Maybe that’s why they placed us here. The view of the crowds. The view of the street, the kitchen and passersby along with the other restaurant guests was denied us. Shoved to a side room. Along with passing guests to use the toilet in the corner of a back room was not my expectation. It’s unfortunate because we had a reservation and it came recommended. So. It was a surprise we were sat aside like cattle. Our children are not angels however this eve they were as always exemplary, well behaved and proper. Another family was seated at a much nicer table and had much more rude and raucous children in a much better place. We were made to feel like the ugly step sister. The waitress was kind but botched our order, and Spilled my wine. Maybe she was new? The food was ok but the overall experience felt pedestrian and sadly for the price left us wanting. We shall never return and not recommend to anyone in Italy of our entire family or anyone back home whether they be rich or poor. I expect better however. I thank them for the lesson it offered my children.

The pasta with truffle was great as well as the parmigiano eggplant. Good service.

Everything from food to services is great. We sat next kitchen and we were impressed by how professional the kitchen was managed, like watching a magic show, very enjoyable. We will go back again for sure.

We made a reservation online, and it worked perfectly. I suggest you book ahead. As soon as you walk in, the ambience hits you, from the high curved ceilings to the lighting & decor. The staff were professional, but not in your face. The food was fantastic. We had the chicken liver pate & tomatoes on toasted bread. Delicious. Fo the main course, we chose Osso Bucco & Florentine steak. The Florentine steak was a huge T bone, that was cooked medium-rare, and it melted in your mouth. The kitchen is open to the restaurant, so you can watch your meal being prepared. A great night out.

Dinner at Angiolini ai 13 was good, not amazing but good! I have been to Florence several times now and eaten at restaurants on both ends of the scale and I would say Angiolini sits around the mid scale. We had the pumpkin flowers which were nice but far too much batter, the rigatoni pasta was nice but not very authentic however the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms was yum and lastly the wine recommendation unfortunately wasn’t great for EUR 39. So as I said it was good and we weren’t overly disappointed, just not the amazing experience we were hoping for!

Great food and friendly, attentive staff made the whole experience very memorable. Loved our waitress and she took special care of our 6yr old. The Vongole was amazing as were all the dishes. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous. But it was 40 mins after our 9.00 pm Saturday booking before a waiter spoke to us, a table of seven. No water, no bread no wine. A further wait to be served. The food was great when it came but by that point anything would have tasted good.

The service and food were delicious-yet not as good as when I was there in twice in April. In addition their table service fee increased from 2 euros to 2.5 which I think is not necessary on when you order a 70 euro bottle of wine and have a check in excess of a 130 euros for two people.
