En traditionell italiensk restaurang i positiv bemärkelse. Klassiska rätter perfekt tillagade. Fantastiskt urval av vin med bra rekommendationer från servitören. Vi skulle gärna återvända vid nytt besök till Rom. Du får precis det du du kan förvänta dig, inga innovationer men fantastiskt gott!

Bellisimo, we loved our experience at Casa Bleve. The best pasta and fresh fish ever. Even the little tiny raspberry on our Chocolate desert was absolutely delicious. We will tell our friends and be back soon.

This is an outstanding restaurant and I can’t wait to return. Beautiful. Quiet. Wonderful chef. Great reasonable wine list. Terrific service. We don’t speak much Italian and were welcomed with smiles. Love this place.

A spectacular meal. The food was superb and the setting was so beautifully Roman. The service was some of the best we have experienced in a long time. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Classy restaurant in heart of antico storico - interior in classical style which was a nice change from the cheek-by-jowl of the local trattoria. Service was friendly, professional and we were given good advice on wines for a meal and an excellent local desert wine. The food was of very high standard and beautifully presented. My beef cheeks were delicious. Highly recommended

Das Restaurant Casa Bleve befindet sich in wunderschönen Räumen mit vielen Ausstellungsstücken. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Bedienung positiv professionell. Speisekarte und Weinkarte waren so gut, dass die Wahl schwer fiel. Das Essen war sehr gut, der Wein (Montevetrano) sowieso. Besonders hervorzuheben war die tolle Atmosphäre, die das Besitzerehepaar schufen. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen.

Overall a good experience--service was prompt and gracious--food was good but not great--Tiramisu was disappointing. Antipasto was the highlight--primi and secondi were predictable but there was no excitement.

Excellent restaurant! I went to this restaurant at New Year’s Eve with my girlfriend, and I found it to be a very cozy restaurant with very nice staff. I can highly recommend the octopus pasta dish - it was delicious!

The setting is beautiful and service almost perfect. Only week point was, that we had to refill glasses from the cooler by ourselves. Seating could have been better, i.e. not next to the swing door for the toilets. Staff and owners were very kind.

Atmosfera elegante, servizio impeccabile, cibo e vino eccellenti, prezzo medio-alto. Cosa dire di più?!! Non è facile trovare al centro un posto non turistico e di livello!

Diversamente da come andrebbe fatto, nella la carta stampata dei vini recava dei segni a penna per le etichette mancanti. E una volta richiesto il vino, l'annata indicata si è rivelata non disponibile. Alcuni piatti buoni, altri mediocri (parmigiana di melanzane addirittura parzialmente bruciata). Servizio spesso manchevole, e ci hanno piuttosto bruscamente chiesto di andar via alla chiusura; esperienza non all'altezza della richiesta.

The food was excellent and so was the restaurant. What made the evening special was the enthusiasm of all the staff and especially Gino. You feel very welcome and want to come back!

Very nice decor and delicious food. The wait staff is very attentive and friendly. Customers are mostly local folks. Pasta was great, as were the entrees. Highly recommended.

Very uneven service-two people were brought their mains, then when they finished, the other two were brought theirs, one of which had to sent back. In addition to the meal sent back, another meal was very poor quality and was removed from the bill. The recommended wine was very good. In summary, I would not recommend Casa Bleve.

L'hôtel est très bien. J'améliorerais juste une petite chose, le pain du petit déjeûner. En effet la miche est sèche et vide à l'intérieure. Il exsiste tellement de bons pains.....
