Sono stata a cena, bellissima esperienza. Personale gentile, chef pazzesco. Polpette di baccalà strepitose. Ci tornerò senz'altro.
I am back in Rome after a year away and went to dine at Golinos on my first night back. This is by far my favorite restaurant in Rome! The food is magnificent! The shrimp ceviche was exquisite (with avocado and apple) and the Spaghetti all'assassina is always excellent. To cap off the dinner, the saffron parfait was perfect! The owner chef Andreas and his team know how to treat diners in a special way. It is a small restaurant, so booking in advance may be a good idea.
Bistrot molto carino e super curato. Cucina a vista con lo chef che si occupa di tutti i piatti che sono belli e super buoni. Il giusto mix di tradizione e innovazione.
