We visiting this restaurant twice during our recent visit to Rome. Once for lunch and once for dinner. For dinner we ate inside and think our waitress was called Victoria (?) she was brilliant- took our order and checked on us several times. The inside bar with dome is really lovely. We just had mains and they were delicious. The only thing negative for this visit was the toilets which could have done with some attention. Had a cocktail and that was good. Our second visit was for lunch and we ate out front in the glasshouse. The waitress was exceptional and although she was very busy she saw to everything. Had one small error with lunch and it was sorted immediately- wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this Hard Rock- one of the best we have been too. Would love to go back. Thank you!

Prenotato diversi giorni prima del ns arrivo 8n tavolo per 4 alle 13... ci hanno fatto accomodare verso le 13.30.... prezzi troppo alti rispetto agli altri hard rock cafe'....

Food was good , was ignored by bar staff as they were talking. Waitress forgot to bring our drinks we ordered while we were eating, then she can over to tell us her shift had finished and someone else would wait on us. Nobody come to our table for 40 mins we could have got up and walked out and don’t think anyone would have noticed. Had to ask a man who was clearing tables who told our waiter we wanted the bill. Service was very disappointing .

Great portions, amazing staff, only bad thing is that i wasn't expecting a brown butt of the lettuce in my salad

No hurricane souvenir glasses, and i had been to the hard rock shop spent €30 then had meal at cafe which cost €130 and forgot to use my rewards code, no one would use my reciept to apply my code so had to spend a further €15.95 so i could get the reward. I visit hard rock cafe in every city i visit, some use your receipt so it can show on my rewards but others refuse.

Very nice but the food was a bit heavy, my girlfriend wasn't feeling very well the day after.
