La Veranda del Color

Excellent meal in a lovely atmosphere. If in La Garda again would love to go back. An added extra was the Hotel itself, it looks very pretty ay night as the terraces light up through seven different colours.

All round very good. Very nice food. The dining room isn’t the nicest. There was a bit of a clash of music - between the speakers and the pianist playing inside. Service was very attentive - possibly a bit too much, likely due to it not being massively busy the night we were there.

Perfekt! Service, Qualität der Speisen und Ambiente sind allererste Klasse. Die Preise sind gehoben aber trotzdem jeden Cent wert.

Serata molto negativa. Servizio scadente: nessun servizio vino al tavolo. Camerieri che non sanno chi servire. Qualità cibo modesta. Una grande delusione. Stella assolutamente immeritata

Cucina sicuramente di ottimo livello, vanificato da porzioni esageratamente minuscole in rapporto ai prezzi praticati. Un esempio x tutti i fiori di zucca come 2° piatto, x chi non mangia carne, 3 di numero quasi invisibili a 21 euro. Pare essere il culmine di una presa x il culo. Arrivare al tavolo coperto da una tovaglia scura come quelle che vedi fuori da un bar qualsiasi e che dà l'impressione di essere rimasta lì con l'avventore precedente e che rimarrà lì con quello che verrà dopo non è assolutamente degno di un locale di prim'ordine. Più attenzione a presentarsi igienicamente inappuntabili non guasterebbe.

Accoglienza cordiale. Piatti concepiti con creatività, presentati con sobria eleganza, con sapori ben definiti e gradevolissimi. Materie prime rispettate e scelte con cura. Servizio preciso e attento senza essere invadente. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

This was the best meal my wife and I had on this three-week vacation in northern Italy. We are relatively light eaters, and the staff gladly helped us with sharing each of our three courses. Dishes were creative in taste and visual presentation, and the staff was perfect -- unintrusive yet continually helpful. At first we were put off by a sign that mentioned Michelin, and then by the prices that seemed a shade higher than we expected. However, all the factors combined, at the time of the first course, to make us conclude that it was indeed a good value, and that we were delighted we went there. Anotherpositive factor is that it is away from the very crowded center of Bardolino, yet still easily within walking distance.

La qualità del cibo è molto alta, anche se non giustifica pienamente il prezzo, pur riconoscendone la presenza dello chef stellato. Riconosco che l'antipasto di burrata con crema di datterino giallo è stata top, meno tutto il resto della cena.

Un ristorante molto curato e accogliente. Un servizio impeccabile e una degustazione molto interessante. Riuscire ad alzare il livello con delle sempleci carni di pesce del lago è una sfida, ma i piatti ne sono stati all'altezza. In posti così non si va per mangiare, ma per fare delle esperienze che rimangono per sempre.

Location migliorabile in quanto si tratta di una veranda incastonata praticamente tra le stanze dell'albergo, lista vini da ampliare ma... Cibo eccellente che ricompensa ogni altra cosa!!

Il menu pesce equilibrato tra creatività e tradizione, sorprendentemente buona la rana pescatrice in rivisitazione orientale (al posto del piatto previsto con delle triglie). Menu bambini con ampia scelta di grandi "classici" per i piccini. Servizio celere e puntuale. Sala perfetta per cene l'estive.

Die Bedienung war nicht immer zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr Gut. Leider gefällt mir die Ambiente nicht so sehr. Es ist wie in einem Hotel etwas steril.

Alles was goed, behalve het hoofdgerecht (de tarbot) Goede bediening, mooi kader. Zeer goede wijnkaart en betaalbaar. Eigen parking en mooi gelegen. Groeten vanwegen twee Belgen in september.

Zwei gute Menus, wobei das Fisch-Menu interessanter als das Fleischmenu beim Besuch war. Die Zubereitung war sehr gut, das Ambiente interessant und der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend

Personale efficiente, discreto e preparato. Il cibo degno della stella Michelin, in termini di innovazione, qualità, equilibrio di sapori. Qualche piccolo neo (che mi impedisce di dare il massimo): la mancanza di una carta dei vini al bicchiere, alcune linguine incollate e dei residui di cararapace di cicala nel medesimo piatto.

Abbiamo cenato alla Veranda in occasione del nostro anniversario. Fortuna vuole che proprio quella sera al ristoramtr c era la serata romantica con tanto di pianista e rosa rossa sul tavolo. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, tutto molto curato, ben presentato e porzioni giuste (prendendo antipasto, secondo e dessert si è sazi senza esagerare). Ci è piaciuta l l'originalità dei piatti. Servizio ottimo. Consigliatissimo

Service was excellent and the restaurant decor very nice. Food looked lovely and was well presented but I expected a little more in terms of flavour.
