Brilliant setting, excellent menu and superb cooking delivered by friendly and hospitable staff for reasonable prices. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant to anybody who is in the area. The pasta dishes were amongst the best we have ever tasted.

Amazing food, wine & service. It is well worth the trip. We hope to be able to go back there one day. The sausage special was fantastic & the Brunello was Bellissimo!

Servizio eccellente e cibo incredibile! Il mio ristorante preferito in tutta la toscana. Stiamo tornando da dieci anni e fare sempre uno sforzo speciale, vale la pena prenotare perché diventa molto occupato. Sicuramente uno da visitare!

Posto molto piacevole, in un borgo incantevole. Il titolare ci ha accolto con calore, senza mai essere invadente. Piatti abbondanti e serviti con cura. Prezzi decisamente onesti! Da ritornarci.

Could not understand why we had been asked to make our booking for 1pm when we asked for 1.30 because the restaurant was empty when we arrived flustered at 1.15. However once installed in the handsome interior we were served by two attentive and charming waiters one of whom spoke fluent English . He was most informative about the menu and we had a good Tuscan meal. More guests turned up later so the place was not empty as lunch progressed

Posto veramente carino in un borghettino incantevole della toscana. Cucina tipica veramente buona con prodotti di ottima qualità. Personale gentile ed efficiente e attento alle esigenze degli avventori

Ottimo ristorante! Tutto buonissimo e genuino. Ci eravamo stati per caso sei anni fa ed ancora ce lo sognavamo. Non avevamo avuto più l'opportunità di passare dalla zona, ma questa volta siamo riusciti ad organizzare un viaggio apposta per fermarci a mangiare qui. Tre ore di moto per arrivarci ne sono valse la pena!

Tutto molto buono, locale pulito e carino. Notevole il filetto con i pistacchi e non da meno la frittura. La torta di ricotta e pere davvero squisita. Spero di tornarci presto!

Great food and great service. I highly recommend the truffle pasta and steak. Definitely make a reservation in advance. I will definitely be back during my next trip.

Great "simple*" food. Fiori di Zucca frittate, Ribollita, Pasta al tartufo, Risotto, Flan - all basic Italian stuff but made with pride and skill. Very good red house wine, too. *The best things in life are the simple things.
