We booked a table that was cancelled couple days after. After booking a different place, we needed to cancel the other one because suddenly our booking here was accepted. We also received an email with the NYE menu that included live music, which didn't happen at all as the place is tiny. When we arrived they wanted us to sit outside, at 9pm being 3 degrees Celsius, something that we refused to, so they gave us another table inside in a corner next to a wall that had the plasterboard about to fall apart, I couldn't even leave my purse anywhere, I needed to leave it on the floor. They didn't even ask for the allergies even one of us don't eat meat. We got charged 280€ including 6€ for bread and 4 for tap water that btw we didn't ask for. The waiter supervisor looked a bit racist making jokes that made us feel uncomfortable, out of 5 dishes I didn't eat two of them as I didn't like it (we didn't even know what was in the menu as they took it out of our hands without asking), he specifically told us to give 28€ of tip in cash with no option to pay by card. Since we didn't have cash, we paid the bill and left, but him came following us up to the door, grabbing me by my arm and asking in a very rude way about the tip, followed by an "in Italy we don't do things in that way". Was the worse thing of all our holidays and the worst way of finishing the year.

The food was OK not really very tasty for the price we paid. The bread was cold. The dish with some vegetables and a single octopus leg cost €30. We also ordered their special Christmas menu (€100 per person) and it was just fine, nothing really stood out.

Pasta was great but small. The appetizer was cold- the eggplant. My salad was just a very small bowl of wilted leaves for 8 euro. And they charged 5 euro for the bread basket which we didn’t even order. Disappointing overall.

The food and service were great. Spaghetti with clams was delicious. I would recommend to wear long sleeves and long pants if you decide to sit outside to prevent mosquito bites. The staff were very friendly and they made our dinner enjoyable.

Il Palazzaccio Da Eduardo è sicuramente un ristorante che merita una visita. La qualità del cibo, l'eccellente servizio e l'atmosfera accogliente lo rendono un luogo ideale per una cena romantica o una serata speciale.

Pese a que llegamos temprano y pudimos obtener una mesa con anticipación sin problema, la atención del mesonero fue poco amigable e hizo realmente incomodo el ambiente, no esperaba a que terminaramos realmente de comer cuando ya queria retirar los platos de la mesa. La unica persona amable fue un muchacho de Perú.

Una experiencia para repetir. He guardado la localización para volver cuando venga en pareja. Buen trato y bastante buena comida. La melanzane han sido las peores comidas en mi vida pero todo lo otro lo ha compensado para darle esta nota. Gracias!

We had a fabulous meal, and followed the recommendations from our waiter for ravioli with sea bass and a whitefish and pasta combo - both were the best meal we've had in Italy over the last two weeks!

The service and the food was fantastic! Chef even prepared a dish that was not on the menu. Everyone else ate from the menu. If you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. A definite MUST visit while in Rome!! You will not be disappointed!!
