Ottima pinsa con impasto digeribilissimo , cordialità del personale .

I’ve been living in Spoleto for over 15 years and I never really understood what PINSA was. So I did some research and I went to dinner here and I was unbelievably presently surprised. The dough has a much higher percent of moisture and it’s different types of flowers than the traditional flowers and it’s raised typically twice as long if not more than pizza dough. And this combination makes the pizza crust, light, and fluffy.
The Pinsa was very good ! They did not have some of the maet we would like to try
