Mozzarella tasted like gum and while we were still eating the first course, the second course was brought to the table. Nice pasta.

I hay been coming here for years, one of my favorite restaurants in Rome, especially the fettuccine with porcini

Much too crowded, tables too close together not allowing any privacy. Waiter seemed impatient, not very solicitous and rushed us to order. Seemed that volume and turnover was the predominate concerns of the restaurant. Went many times in the past and was one of our favorite places, but now very noisy and crowded!

Lovely trattoria a little off the touristy beat track (which is a good thing). Classic Roman dishes prepared perfectly, very good service, relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Nice wine selection, I had family visiting from the States and it was a perfect place to orient them to Roman cuisine after a nice late afternoon / early evening walking tour. The welcome at the door and piatti del giorno were excellent and added to the evening’s enjoyment. Make reservations. Highly recommended for a special gathering of family and friends who appreciate the kind of meal a classic, family-run, neighborhood Roma trattoria entails. Prices are reasonable and food, especially the Roman pasta primi and secondi (like grilled spada and la coda alla vacinara) were perfectly prepared.

Tutto ottimo, d'altronde come al solito chi va a Trastevere non può sbagliare di scegliere la migliore trattoria in assoluto. Ragazzi sempre efficienti, servizio impeccabile e sopratutto la maestarnza del grande Teo. IL TOP...

Great location and good service. The portions are very large and locally sourced. Very busy so ensure you book ahead. House wine is good value. Recommended!

Such a perfect way to spend our last night in Rome! The atmosphere outside is great, and the service is very Roman (not in a bad way!); the service was quick and efficient and we didn't feel rushed. Also, the wine list is long and the food simply put - marvellous. Both the ravioli and matricina were perfect, and the following oxtail and lamb as well. Plan for a long good meal and you won’t be disappointed - make sure to book ahead!

Bof bof ...bien loin des autres restos indiqués par le routard Pour 80€ (Avec vin) - accueil très désagréable ( elle n a pas notre resa, nous si) - serveur correct mais ça pousse ( plat apporte alors qu entrée pas terminée) - tables serrées au Max , bruit ++ - plat copieux mais simples, pas vraiment de cuisine A éviter par rapport aux autres propositions

Always a good experience but I do think this time the rushed us true and not being very friendly in their Hart’s. The starters came so fast that it was difficult to feel the Roman passion for makeing food. Been there many time so I do not hope the lose themself in succes.

The ambience was wonderful Trastevevere at its best. The hostess was warm and remembered us from last spring! The wine list is handwritten and divided by regions of Italy and, although lengthy, the wait staff gladly leads you to a wonderful choice. We had a shrimp (the wonderful Mediterranean ones) and tomato salad with arugula which was superb. A plate of grilled eggplant, red peppers and spring greens followed and the best was a collection of mussels, clams and wonderful local filet of sea bream all cooked together in a parchment paper bag. Dessert of local wild strawberries over marscapone finished off a wonderful meal!!

La prima volta che siamo stati in questo ristorante a Novembre, siamo rimasti subito soddisfatti oltre alla cordialità dei ragazzi, della signora Patrizia, dalla buona cucina del grande Teo. Ubicato in piazza dei Ponziani, in uno dei quartieri più belli e suggestivi di Roma, il ristorante da Teo offre ai suoi clienti dei menù eccellenti. Complimenti...

Mets de qualité, cadre typique agréable et addition somme toute acceptable. On les sent tout de même un peu trop conscient de leur succès et il faudrait presque remercier que la réservation prise sur le net soit assurée. Plein en continu, vite vite libérez la place.

Lovely place and good food in cost Trastevere. But the waiters were unpolite specially a woman, who was shouting at her collegues severel times. You just don’t do that!

Cibo tipico romano con camerieri efficienti e cordiali. Provate il vino Cesanese che si addice molto ai cibi romani. Ottima la coda alla vaccinara, il tiramisù, i carciofi alla giudia, alla romana e il baccalà fritto

Cuando pedimos para acompañar la carne patatas y pimientos, resulta que la carne ya llevaba acompañamiento y nos trajeron aparte otras patatas y pimientos. La carne no estaba lo exquisita que deberia atendiendo al precio que pagamos. Quizas fue un mal dia. No se. Sí que es cierto que solo hay romanos y aun no es turístico. Cosa que entiendo menos que pasara algo así.

Hieno tunnelma ja erittäin hyvä ruoka. Viihdyimme todella hyvin ja palvelu oli erinomaista. Iloinen puheen sorina täytti koko ravintolan. Sijaintikin on hyvä ja helposti löydettävä.

Comida boa. Serviço demorado e confuso. Sábado na hora do almoço estava cheio e os pratos demoraram 30 minutos para chegarem. A massa era boa e o vinho branco da casa eram bons.

Una trattoria molto buona e genuina in un'accogliente zona di Trastevere. Cibo italiano assolutamente incredibile e un ottimo menu. I piatti di pasta tradizionali sono raccomandati. Forse potresti avere commenti su un pessimo servizio.

Great restaurant, food and staff. 20 min walk from Spanish steps. Interesting part of the town to visit with small bridge to cross over. We highly recommend.

Molto buoni ovuli ed abbacchio. Anche le fettuccine ai porcini. Ottima la carta di vini. Disponibile il personale nonostante avessimo prenotato per sette e poi fossimo solo quattro.

Really dissaointing. They didn’t treat the ingredients with respect, especially the porcini. Overall only 1 of 4 dishes were ok, the rest were quite poor.

Food...excellent Service...to be further developed as the table ( first booking of the evening) was not ready and the main course was served before I could finish my starter.... But again....food should be 6 scores...

Everything was lovely and the food and drink was great - the only thing was that we felt that they were slightly rushing us through our meal.

il cibo è buono . Il locale è troppo pieno e rumoroso. Impossibile avere una conversazione. Sembra una catena di montaggio dove tutti devono mangiare veloci e poi fare posto a quelli che aspettano.

Un appuntamento fisso quando sono a Roma, l’atmosfera è amichevole, il cibo gustoso e la spesa onesta. Bisogna prenotare per essere certi di trovare posto oppure arrivare piuttosto presto. Da provare

Römische Spezialitäten zu fairen Preisen mitten im alten Trastevere. TOP!!! Wir hatten uns für Gerichte von der Tageskarte entschieden und sind sehr belohnt worden. Carciofi alla giudea, Fior di Zucchine fritte, Pappardelle al Cinghiale, Tagliatelle al ragù biancon d'agnello... ein Traum!!!

Nuestra experiencia no fue buena. A pesar de tener RESERVA desde días antes nos colocaron en una mesa malísima,pegados a una nevera de postres que abrían cada dos por tres con la consiguiente molestia, y en la entrada de la cocina con el trasiego de camareros. En resumen un horror. La comida nornalita y el tinto de la casa para olvidar.

Great evening. Once you have passed the entrance door -which is not easy given the guardian :) -, everything was very good, simple but efficiant and reasonably priced.
