Excellent restaurant with a very accomodating staff. Sam was tremendous and the outside seating is a must.

What a great experience! The food was delicious, the quantity was great and the service was wonderful! The waiters, Sam and Georgie, were terrific and so helpful. Their suggestions were spot on and very helpful. They were very accommodating to Americans and their personalities were very enjoyable. The food choices were delicious and the mixed seafood starter was spectacular. Everything we ate was delicious! Thanks for a wonderful and memorable evening!

Sehr leckeres Essen bei einem vernünftigen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Venedig. Ein super Service trotz der gesamten Nachfrage nach Tischreservierungen. Obwohl es mit der Kulinarik nichts zu tun hat, aber es wert ist zu erwähnen: super saubere neu renovierte Toiletten. Wir kommen beim nächsten Venedig Besuch gerne wieder.

This is a must on a trip to Venice. The food is amazing, not overly expensive and a lovely vibe. The staff were lovely, helpful, and accommodating… 😊

Leider keine Empfehlung von mir. Die Erfahrung war nicht mehr als OK. trotz ausdrücklichem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Tisch am Fenster, wurden wir neben der Küche und Toilette platziert; anschliessend widerwillig umplatziert. Der Service liess sehr lange auf sich warten und wurde durch uns als nicht gerade freundlich empfunden. Aufgrund des Verlaufs des Abends haben wir dann auf einen Nachtisch und Kaffee verzichtet und mussten 20 Minuten (!) auf die Rechnung warten. Es versteht sich, dass wir auf ein Trinkgeld verzichtet haben.

We had to wait quite a while for our table to be ready, but we were offered Prosecco as we waited. Once we were seated everything was wonderful. The food, wine, and ambiance was great. The staff was attentive and made us feel very welcomed. I would love to visit again.

My wife and I first visited Trattoria Dona Onesta twenty-two years ago, and every time we find ourselves back in Venice, we make it a point to return to this restaurant. The food is consistently excellent as is the attentive service, and the owners treat their customers royally. Dona Onesta always provides a great dining experience.

Loved our little table outside and being served through a window. Our meal was perfect in every way!!!

Food was delicious! Quaint charming vibe! Service was a bit slow. 2 people got their entrees and finished before the other 2 came out.

Tolles Essen und ein schöner Ort. Ich habe den gegrillten Lachs mit Salat bestellt und jeden Bissen genossen.

Service u Ambiente vom Lokal war super. Vorspeisen waren auch gut. Nur leider haben beide Hauptspeisen nicht dem Preisniveau entsprochen. Das Lachssteak war viel zu ölig, das Gemüse ist auch im Öl geschwommen und die Spaghetti waren nicht hausgemacht. Der Weisswein wurde nicht gekühlt, die Flasche wurde einfach auf den Tisch gestellt und das Wasser wurde in einer Plastikflasche serviert

Great atmosphere outside on the little balcony. Even if it was a cool night we really enjoyed our dinner. Maybe some people would mind, but we prefer the waiters to be invisible, this was guaranteed, we had our privacy, but still did not feel abandoned. Recommend the local Venetian liver, and the clams. Definitely worth to try when you are in Venice!

Il locale è molto caratteristico e ben curato. Il servizio è stato all'altezza delle aspettative nonostante il momento di grande afflusso nell'orario di prenotazione. Il cibo è eccellente, l'ambiente accogliente e rilassante. Ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglierò ad amici e conoscenti.

Our experience here tonight was wonderful. A warm, cozy space with friendly and skilled wait staff. Georgi made sure everything was to our satisfaction, and he was very nice. We had the lobster tagliatelle and the spaghetti with clams. Both were excellent. The terimisou was fantastic as was the suggested wine pairing for our dinner. All in all, a superb dining experience.

Delicious food, great ambience and the manager was very helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼
