Amazing!!!!!!! Best food we ate in our 2 week trip of Northern Italy. The steak, potatoes, and salad were dreamy! Top notch customer service. Excellent touches with the complementary Prosecco, bread, and dessert! We would HIGHLY recommend.

The atmosphere was lovely, and I believe we were the loudest party. The food was exquisite, and absolutely everything on the menu is well-worth its accompanying price. The floor staff, which seemed to consist of only one man and one woman, was fabulous. They worked well together and made sure to be attentive to every table. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and I cannot wait to visit again, should I ever return to Florence.

Appears slightly upscale from the outside, but inside it raises many doubts. I could elaborate but I’ll spare the details of my personal opinions and just say this isn’t the place to spend $181.00 for dinner for two in Florence.

Had an absolutely amazing experience at The Cut Steakhouse. The owner takes pride in his food, wine, and fabulous atmosphere. We are steak people and he educated us on what we should order. From the moment we walked in to the time we walked out, Lorenzo & his staff made us feel like we were at home. We appreciated the modern atmosphere and impeccable service. The meat is in the top tier of Florence steakhouses. They served us a glass of Prosecco upon entering. My husband wanted a dirty martini and they literally went to the bar next door to get him what he wanted. It was unbelievable. Then he gave us a sample of melt in your mouth wagyu meat. At the end of the meal we had a fabulous dessert and were invited to have a drink. We felt like a member of the family and are so thankful for the hospitality extended from our Italian hosts. Additionally it was completely affordable. We are foodies and love to experience new places. I whole-heartedly recommend visiting the Cut. A fantastic experience with very good people. Saluti!!!!🥰🍷
