Arrived at 7pm and main course arrived at 8.20pm. No one too the time to explain why, waiters were poor, they did not ask if everything was ok or ask if we needed more drinks etc. Disappointed and will not be back

I have had a better experience in the past at Vittorio Emmanuele. Even though I had booked several weeks in advance and requested a table with a view outside I was given a table that was outside but as far inside as possible and right next to the serving area; even though several guests with no reservation who came after me were given much better tables. I’m not sure why but I felt discriminated and slighted. I hate to have to say it but have to ask if there was some prejudice on display? The food was just ok; and the service was slipshod and haphazard with several of the waiters clearly not up to their tasks. In particular, the maitre d’ had a very haughty attitude. So all in all a bit of a disappointment.

Like many others we were going to the opera and wanted to eat at VE as we had in previous visits. Even better than ever. Very good food and excellent service

5 star service. Our waiter kindly allowed us to adjust our meal. The food was gourmet. And the dining room is Gorgeous!

Hemos comido bien , un entrante y 2 platos pasta 80 E.No nos hemos quedado para tomar postre o cafe porque estabamos congelados de frio,un dia lluvioso que dejan la puerta abierta todo el rato, aparte nos toco una mesa delante de la salida del baño. Ibamos con mucha ilusion pero no ha sido una experiencia agradable. Saludos

We are going to Verona every year and a visit at Vittorio Emanuele is a must! Sitting at the piazza and enjoying the atmosphere as well as the amazingly great food and the stunning wines! Try definitely the Bellini and the Plat Royal - You will love it!

Not a busy night and I had a relaxing, quiet dinner. Service was impecable and the food did not disappoint me. A good selection of vini Valpolicella for by the glass.

We had a perfect dinner with a beautiful view on the arena.

Birthday celebration. Our guests were delayed, so we arrived at the restaurant half an hour late, but we did tell them & they were very accommodating. However when we arrived there was no table laid, we had to ask for napkins as the meal arrived. Pour our own wine after the first glass was served. There seemed to be many waiters but we were not getting much service. We waited a long time to have our order taken. The food was just OK. It will be our last time at this beautiful restaurant. Decor is not enough to make it a great experience.

I have always believed that eating out should be a real experience, plus the fact that on this occasion, it was a friends birthday. We were not let down at all. Its is a very beautiful building with wonderful decor & I just wish that we had chosen to sit inside for that very reason, but on a lovely hot evening in that setting we enjoyed sitting on the terrace watching the world pass by. The food was excellent, A menu that would suit all tastes. we had the best evening. with very helpful waiters. Will certainly be back.

Great location right on the Piazza Bra next to the Arena with wonderful terrace, excellent food and wines, good service, ideal place for pre-opera dinner in style.

Frontline restaurant overlooking the main square. A possible tourist trap but instead a friendly helpful staff and good food and not too expensive considering it’s position.

Eleganza ed ospitalità squisite. Ambiente raffinato. La tavola invitante per un cibo gustoso ed un vino prelibato. Il personale sembrava gareggiare per gentilezza. Un luogo davvero raro, al quale desidero ritornare di frequente.

Manager sat us inside, and did not tell any server we were there. After 10 minutes without a person attending to us, we walked out. I advised the manager why we were leaving and his reply, ' your wait was only ten minutes'. Not a professional reply and we will not return to the restaurant And will not recommend it.

Since we were visiting Verona, we decided to eat inside in the beautiful main room. Because it was a nice evening, most were eating outside, and we nearly had the room to ourselves. We had the Chateaubriand and an excellent Amarone.

Secondo me è uno dei ristoranti Top di Verona!! Servizio veramente impeccabile ma soprattutto gentilezza!! La qualità del cibo è ottima... Inoltre ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!! Da consigliare sicuramente!
