La preparazione dei piatti, in particolare, è molto curata ed innovativa anche delle ricette della tradizione siciliana. Ottimi i consigli per la scelta dei vini locali, per lo più non molto noti, ma di eccellente qualità

It was fun, perhaps the portions were a bit small by Sicilian standards, but the place is beautiful and the food quite tasty.
