For a special appetizer they gave the customers, for free of course, a bowl of soup with soggy squares of bread. The soup tasted fine, but it was just chicken and duck broth and olive oil mixed together. Nothing special. For our main course, we had the ravioli stuffed with whatever cheese it was. The sauce was on the salty side and there were barely any additional herbs to balance the flavors. My husband had the lamb, which turned out fantastic, and I had the duck breast. The duck was not bad in flavor, but it was rather overcooked and tough to chew. I do not recommend if you are coming here for a special event like a birthday and expect maybe a nice celebration from the staff or a nice dessert for your loved one. My husband got a couple pieces of candy (two gummies and two chocolates) on a plate with a small, cheap wax candle. I am very thankful my husband and I live in Italy and can travel to Venice whenever we please within a 30 minute drive. If we were traveling on holiday from the states, I would have been greatly disappointed in wasting an evening at this establishment. Overall, you would probably have a better time, and put better use to your money, at the Hard Rock Cafe.

Really good experience. The beef fillet is the most delicious one I’ve ever eaten, the potatoes are amazing. Also, the people in the restaurant is sooo nice and friendly. I enjoy eating the bread with the olive oil too, the flavor is quite pure and fresh :D

Had dinner here on our last night in Italy. Amazing food and wine selection, with help from a sommelier. All of the dishes are upscale takes on classics, so they may not appeal to everyone, but our party of 3 enjoyed them. One unfortunate thing was that we had ordered appetizers before seeing that they have a tasting menu where you can get small portions of various dishes to try out. I think the staff should make customers aware of that option.

What an excellent evening! Outstanding food, cosy and unique atmosphere. I would like to point how professional and patiently the waiters handled the biggest douchebag guest we have ever seen. A german drunk tourist next to our table that made a big unnecessary and unreasonable drama about the wine. Biggest idiot ever. The waiters stayed calm and friendly when all other guests wished to punch this idiot in the face.

I can’t begin to express how delighted I was with both the service and the food during my solo dinner. My waiter offered excellent recommendations and was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. His assistant waiter was equally wonderful—professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. This was my first dining experience in Venice, and I would gladly give it 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended!

Incredible experience! During our first night in Venice, the hotel staff recommended this restaurant and we are so happy we listened. The staff was incredible. So polite, respectful and professional. Whatever you needed, they would get and would explain the menu in perfect English as well as Italian. The food was incredible. Authentic Italian food with a fun twist on the classics. Overall, an amazing dining experience that was worth every euro/penny. Again, kudos to the staff for being so wonderful

Our first stop in Venice for wifey’s birthday. The staffs rise up to the occasion. Made my wife felt special. Delicious food, cosy romantic ambience. The rose made all the difference. Very reasonable price for great quality food & experience.
