As expected. Typical Venetian meal. Appeared fully booked by 7:30 pm on a Friday night in November. Appeared to be many Italian speaking quests.Service was very good and professional. No complaints.

Wir gehen schon seit Jahren in dieses Restaurant und sind immer begeistert!

Cibo nel complesso scadente. Le seppie con polenta, spacciate per la specialità della casa, stracotte senza sapore affogate in un mare di sugo nero con un rettangolo di polenta. Il tutto molto caro. 2 antipasti 2 primi 2 secondi 1 dolce acqua e vino 165.5. Il servizio poi incide per il 12%. Sconsigliato decisamente.

Una certezza da tanti anni anche per i veneziani. Ottima accoglienza del personale, cucina tradizionale che non tradisce. Vivamente consigliato.

Nel tempo siamo venuti più volte in questo locale e siamo sempre stati soddisfatti. Questa volta devo dire che seppur sempre buoni , i piatti erano a nostro avviso meno curati/buoni del solito .

It was ok. Small portion, slow and long wait service. Felt like a tired place. Better places nearby.

No nos gustó la comida. Ser para gente autóctona, pero las sardinas fritas y en escabeche con cebolla, y un risotto pequeño y soso entre otras cosas no nos gustaron nada. El ambiente es local no tan turístico como otros sitios y te atienden muy rápido porque los platos ya están hechos y preparados todos juntos en la entrada. El servicio es agradable

A great location near the Rialto bridge. The food was first rate and very good value, especially considering the location. There were plenty of enticing options on the menu and a decent wine list. The restaurant clientele was a good mixture of locals and tourists (like us). The atmosphere in the dining room was friendly and relaxed.

Uno delle ultime trattorie dove gustare piatti tradizionali veneziani : granseole, folpetti, , baccalà mantecato, seppioline, latte di seppie, pasta e fasioi, fondi di carciofo , e così via . Prezzo super onesto , tanta professionalità e gentilezza. Flavia

Wir kommen gerade von unserem Besuch zurück. Da wir über 30 Jahre dieses Lokal gerne besucht haben war das wohl unser letzter Besuch. Der Service war total überfordert, die Leber war grau und hart wie ein Stein, die Beilage zum Schnitzel mailänder Art waren halbrohe Pommes! Der Kellner nahm die Beanstandung mit Schulterzucken entgegen. An den umliegenden Tischen war die Erfahrung ähnlich. In dieser Verfassung eine Touristenfall!!!

This was hands down the best experience of not only our time in Venice, but our entire Italy trip. The food was absolutely phenomenal - the spinach & ricotta ravioli, vegetable & pasta fagioli soup, and the zucchini shrimp scampi was incredible. Not to mention, the owner’s wife makes homemade desserts that were unreal. Not only was the food amazing, but we were surprised by two special guests (one played the accordion and one sang to us). The atmosphere and service were tremendous, and we truly felt like we were eating in someone’s kitchen. If you are in Venice, you have to eat here, I cannot recommend this place enough!
