Well balanced menu ; also worth to get the 9 course as it‘s more than just 2 additional courses Good recommendations from the sommelier Serves paid a lot of attention to alcoholic beverages, water was refilled only on request which is a bummer
The food and service was amazing. We did only order two courses each but with everything else they provided it was more than enough food my wife and I. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone interested in fine dining at its best.

With all respect, our dining experiences strechea across continets, from all formal Arpege, to Alinea, and back to Noma and further away east. Yesterday’s dining experience has been a worst of our lives. With all excitement on true south Italian Michelin dining experience, we experienced the most blunt, avarage and tasteless selection of dishes. Our order consisted of - crudo shrimps with peas, red mullet, chefs signature ravioli and spaghetti with sea urchin. If crudo shrimps were merely good, than unforunately that could not been said about the rest of dishes. Ravioli were misbalanced and texture seemed like its done on quick hand. Red mullet had an incredibly metally taste, felt like its only blanched, thats it… Sea urchin spaghetti felt
